Great Staff!

Everything was great, it was our first time using Sunsational Swim School but we have had experiences with other swim schools in the area. I looked them up online and saw the many positive reviews so I decided to give them a call. They have comparable prices to other swim schools in the area but I like their facility much more. I am 30 years old and have had a fear of being in water above my head my whole life. I finally made the choice to take lessons and definitely do not regret the decision. I was matched with Jeff who was amazing! He not only helped me conquer my fear of being in deep water, but taught me a ton in 7 lessons about all the various strokes. By the end I was swimming numerous strokes and diving off the diving board with no hesitation. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience, and made sure that what he was teaching me was broken down into simple methods that I could use and learn quickly. Jeff was also very flexible in lesson scheduling and locations to make sure I was getting the most out of my lessons. My instructor Jen has been so great. She is extremely patient and great at explaining how I can make my form better. I have had a crazy schedule and she has been amazing to work with when I need to change a lesson. As an adult learning to swim, Jen makes me feel comfortable and always has helpful suggestions. I decided to take up swimming as a main form of exercise when running was becoming to hard on my joints. I am so glad I found this company and would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our swim instructor and the results he has gotten. Chris is respectful, punctual, very patient with my 5 year old and had him swimming in no time. he is also very accessible with 3 lessons per week my sons progress was great and it stuck. I had issues with previous instructor and the school quickly found a replacement that worked. I am very pleased and recommend their service.

Sunsational was well organized, fast and sent me two quality swim instructors who arrived on time to each lesson. The first one was also highly qualified but didn't seem to have as much experience with my son's age as he didn't want to do 3/4 lessons with her. But the second one, Melissa, was fantastic with my 2 year old. She knows how to communicate at his level to make the lesson seem like fun play. Ms. Terrin was so awesome with my kids! After a bit of confusion with scheduling and matching us with an instructor, they ended up matching us with Terrin and we could not have been happier! We completed 12 sessions with my 1.5 AND 3 year old. At the start of their lessons, my 3 year old was a bit intimidated with the water but by the end of their sessions, he was able to swim on his own far enough to get to a safe zone in our pool. Terrin was always on time and super patient with both kids. They both LOVED her and had so much FUN!!
