Falon was our 6 yr-old daughter's swim instructor. Our daughter is very shy and was terrified of putting her face in the water. Falon was patient, but persistent and helped our daughter overcome her fears. We are about halfway through our lessons, and our daughter can't wait to get in the pool and go underwater! We LOVED Mrs. Claudia!!!!! The best swim instructor ever!!! She got my son back in the water, confident and swimming in a day or two after a huge water trauma he suffered. She was kind, did all the right things to get him back in that water and not to mention taught him how to swim all in a matter of two days! Who does that!!! Mrs. Claudia, that's who!!! Coach Nic is exactly what my grandson needed. He can be difficult. She was patient and firm which turned out to be the perfect combination! It took three lessons just to get his hair wet without a total meltdown! By the end of his lessons he was swimming underwater! All three of our grandchildren have had lessons with Sunsational Swim School. It was s great experience for all of them!
From start to finish, Sunsational was a pleasure to work with! I filled out a request form, and within 24 hours we had a swim instructor respond to our request. We got paired with Coco (Nicole) and she was amazing! My son is 5 and we wanted him to get comfortable in the water, as we had just finished building our pool. He had basics but needed someone that knew what they were really doing to help him progress, and Coco was that person! She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She is CPR certified and taught my son how to float on his back, kick correctly, so many things I could go on and on. Most importantly, she made me feel comfortable with him in our pool, and he loved her! She made it fun and my son always looked forward to Coco coming to swim. I would highly recommend Coco if you are in the Temecula area. She's the best!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank your team and Claudia for the phenomenal experience my daughter had while receiving swim lessons from Claudia. First, your customer service team went above and beyond and took great urgency in locating another instructor when our first instructor failed to reply to any emails for a few weeks. You all quickly jumped to find a replacement and I must say, our new instructor, Claudia Gray, was fantastic! My daughter, Mackenzie, just completed her last lesson yesterday with Claudia and she wowed both her parents with her determination to show us both what she had learned. She is now swimming in the deep end, jumping into the deep end, swimming on her own, diving for toys, and much, much more without any hesitation!
We were quite concerned in the beginning as the first few lessons did not go very well --- she was terribly afraid of the water---but alas, this morning - 12 lessons later, she woke up wanting to get back in the pool! She now wants to swim! We owe it all to Claudia and her fantastic ability to share her love for the water with my daughter and now, my daughter no longer fears it!

My 3 1/2 yr old daughter just finished lessons with Claudia and me and my husband are shocked at the results. Our daughter loves the water but was always apprehensive is now jumping off the side of pool and swimming back to the edge. She doesn't mind putting her head under water to get toys. She's swimming the width of our pool. Claudia was patient with her and safety was always stressed. I highly recommend Claudia as an instructor if you little ones. We didn't think we would see this kind of progress in 13 lessons. We are so thankful!

Our Learn to Swim Guarantee is a water safety skill set designed for young beginners. If your child were to jump or be lightly dropped into the water, our instructor teaches them to turn around, kick and grab the wall. Most kids are able to learn these skills - and more - within 12 private lessons, but if your child needs more time to meet this goal, we'll give each student up to 4 additional 30 minute lessons free. Here are the general requirements for more lessons: a) student is 3-17 years old b) student completes at least 12 private 30 minute lessons c) student has at least 3 lessons per week d) pool is minimum 82 degrees for all lessons e) student does not require special needs instruction or extreme fear counseling.
