Sunsational was well organized, fast and sent me two quality swim instructors who arrived on time to each lesson. The first one was also highly qualified but didn't seem to have as much experience with my son's age as he didn't want to do 3/4 lessons with her. But the second one, Melissa, was fantastic with my 2 year old. She knows how to communicate at his level to make the lesson seem like fun play. Ms. Terrin was so awesome with my kids! After a bit of confusion with scheduling and matching us with an instructor, they ended up matching us with Terrin and we could not have been happier! We completed 12 sessions with my 1.5 AND 3 year old. At the start of their lessons, my 3 year old was a bit intimidated with the water but by the end of their sessions, he was able to swim on his own far enough to get to a safe zone in our pool. Terrin was always on time and super patient with both kids. They both LOVED her and had so much FUN!!

Cherise is phenomenal! She is patient, kind and really knows how to divert the attention of my little wigglers! Sunsational Swim School did a great job of matching us with the perfect instructor for my 3 & 6-year-old kids. We had a slow start at first, but after a few lessons, someone from the office followed up with us to see how things were going so far. After communicating our needs and expectations, they decided to match us up with another instructor to advance my kids and take them to the next level. In just the 1st lesson with our new instructor, Coach Diane Alkins, my 3-year-old learned so much in that lesson. Coach Diane was exactly the instructor that we needed! My 3-year-old had always been a little timid of the water, but in just 1 session, my 3-year-old was comfortable with submerging underwater! As for my 6-year-old, he already knew how to swim a little bit prior to enrolling in Sunsational. Our main goals for him were to learn the formal/technical swim strokes. I honestly don't know if there is anyone better for the job than Coach Diane. She has so much experience with teaching/coaching swim and my kids loved her! Again, in just the 1st session with Coach Diane, my son learned proper techniques of kicking and arm motions, and most importantly, breathing techniques. In just 3 lessons with Coach Diane, my son was able to confidently do the freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. We love having Coach Diane as our instructor! She's the best!

Great Staff!

Everything was great, it was our first time using Sunsational Swim School but we have had experiences with other swim schools in the area. I looked them up online and saw the many positive reviews so I decided to give them a call. They have comparable prices to other swim schools in the area but I like their facility much more. Very friendly and knowledgeable instructors who employ tactics that work wonders. My youngest grandson is no longer afraid of the water! Great customer service, we would highly recommend them.

My instructor relates to my five year old in a way that makes her excited to attend the lessons. He is prepared with his materials, punctual, and engages my child. Sunsational Swim matched our son with the perfect instructor-Gina. She was kind, patient, understanding, and fun which really put our son at ease. He's always been very sensitive to getting water in his eyes, but after the first lesson with Gina he was comfortable in the water and ready to start learning basic swim skills (including putting his head underwater, which was a huge accomplishment for him). We only had time for 6 lessons this summer, but our son is now comfortably swimming on his back and has the basic skills needed to swim on his belly (he's a sinker, so he still needs more practice.) We have just started our lessons (lesson 3 of 12), and may invest in more, for our two girls. Kelsey (Doerr) is our instructor and she has been utterly fantastic with them. Our 2 1/2 year old has been quite challenging and Kelsey has come up with the most amazing games and ideas to keep her focused. Best of all she does it on the fly as she didn't know beforehand which princess my oldest liked or which animal is her favorite or even songs! Talk about coming extremely prepared and knowing your audience! We appreciate this as we know that our girls can be a handful and the patience Kelsey exudes is tremendous!
