I have experience working with fearful swimmers as well as children with special needs, such as Autism and ADHD. I graduated from Scottsdale Community College in 2015 with my Associates Degree. I love teaching swim lessons because it's fun and it's an important safety skill everyone should learn!

Hi, my name is Emily and I have been a competitive swimmer since I was 6 years old. I swam 4 years on a Division 1 swim team at Valparaiso University and graduated in May 2017 with a degree in Biology. I taught swim lessons to children ages 4-11 for one summer. I love teaching swim lessons because I love seeing children having fun and completing tasks in the water. Also, I love encouraging kids and knowing the children will be safer near and in the water.

Hello, my name is Andrew Quintero and I've been a swim instructor and lifeguard for about a year. I've taught from ages 5 and above. I also teach a CPR class for children called Discovery Guard. I'm currently attending Phoenix community college to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. I love teaching people how to swim because I believe it's an important life skill to have. My classes are proactive and enjoyable for all levels of swimming as I have a wide background in competitive swimming too.

I love teaching young children how to swim with good form and safety skills. I work as an elementary school counselor during the school year and have experience with children of all abilities. I swam year round for over 10 years for a USA swim club. I started teaching lessons and coaching when i was in high school. I taught lessons for 5 summers for the City of Glendale, one summer for the City of Surprise then a year and a half for the YMCA. I have taught children as young as infants with their mother up to middle aged adults at LA Fitness. I can teach anything from basic learning to swim to in depth technical training for all 4 strokes for competitive swimmers
